Creators
- Get paid is where you connect the account buyers pay. We never ask for API keys.
- A paid product will not go live until that account can charge, and until the store is priced in the same currency the account settles in.
- Refund a sale from Sales. The buyer loses access. The money goes back from your account.
- Appointments is booked calls and products that already have a date — webinars, live cohorts, event tickets. Files and courses stay off it. Hours still live on the product.
- Change your handle in the store builder. The old link keeps working.
Buyers
The delivery email is the way back to what you bought. If it did not arrive, check spam, then message the creator — they can see the sale. We cannot log into their payment account for you.
What we cannot do
Speed up a payout (your provider sets that). Un-freeze a Stripe or Razorpay account. Move paying subscribers over from another platform yet. Host course video ourselves — paste an unlisted YouTube, Vimeo or Loom link.
