Terms of use
Adfluence is software for selling. We are not a payment processor, and we never hold a creator's money.
Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Adfluence. If you open a store, you are the seller. Your buyers pay an account in your name. Their contract for the product is with you.
What we provide
A store page, product listing, checkout on your connected payment account, and delivery of what you sell (a file, a course of pasted lessons, a booking against hours you set, a link, or a tip). We charge a platform fee on sales, capped, as shown on our pricing page.
What we do not do
We do not take custody of your funds, set your payout schedule, issue invoices in your place as merchant of record, or promise rails we have not switched on. Stripe is live where Stripe Connect is available. PayPal and Razorpay connect the same way only after our partner applications are approved.
Your store
You are responsible for what you sell, for the files you upload, for refunds you agree to, and for tax in the places you sell. You must not sell anything illegal, or use the platform to send malware. We can suspend a store that breaks this.
Buyers
Paying or claiming a free product gives you a library link for that store. Access can be revoked if the creator refunds the sale. If something is wrong with a product, contact the creator — they can refund from their sales page.
Ending the account
You can stop using Adfluence at any time. Your payment account, payout history and customers stay with the provider you connected. We keep the records we need to run the product and to meet the law; see the privacy page.
