We keep as little as the product needs, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
From creators: name, email, the store you publish, products, files, and the id of the payment account you connect — never that account's secret keys. From buyers: email, optional name, what they bought, and a coarse network prefix on downloads so we can see if one link is being shared. We do not store card numbers.
Why
To run your store, take a payment on your account, deliver the file or booking, send the delivery email, show you who bought, and keep the ledger honest. Sign-in codes go to the email you typed.
Who else sees it
The payment provider you connected (Stripe today). Our email vendor, when a key is configured, to send codes and delivery mail. Hosting and the database that holds the product. We do not sell lists. A creator sees their own buyers, not anyone else's.
How long
Account and store data while the store exists. Orders and entitlements for as long as someone might need the library link, and as long as the ledger must reconcile. Download logs keep a prefix, not a full address.
Your choices
Creators can export sales and buyers from Settings. To change your name, use Account in Settings. To close an account or ask about buyer data, email hello@adfluence.ai.
